Agreement

By using CosineHQ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. CosineHQ is operated by Pernicia.

What the service does

CosineHQ compares your résumé against a specific job description and returns a fit score, the gaps it found and suggested changes. It also offers interview practice questions with AI grading, and can rewrite your résumé for a particular job using your existing content and experience you confirm to us.

What this is not

Scores, gaps and feedback are produced by AI models and are an opinion, not a fact. They can be wrong.

• We do not guarantee you will be shortlisted, interviewed or hired, and we are not a recruitment agency or an employer.
• A low score is not advice to give up on a job, and a high score is not a promise of an interview.
• The résumé rewriting feature only rephrases what your résumé already contains, plus experience you explicitly tell us you have. You are responsible for checking that everything in the result is true before you send it to anyone.

Your account

You sign in with Google and must be at least 18. Keep your Google account secure — anyone with access to it has access to yours here. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload a résumé that is not yours, or anyone else's personal data without their permission;
• attempt to manipulate the evaluation — for example by hiding instructions inside a document to influence the score. We detect and flag this;
• resell, scrape or automate access to the service, or attempt to extract our question bank;
• use the service to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Your content

Your résumé and your answers remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you — to produce your evaluation, grade your answer, or rewrite your résumé at your request. We do not use them to train AI models and we do not sell them.

Employers see your profile only if you separately opt in to the talent pool. Signing up does not do this.

Our content

The interview questions, reference answers, scoring rubrics, software and design are the property of Pernicia. You may use them for your own preparation. You may not republish, redistribute or build a competing product from them.

Plans and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never receive your card details.

• Free — a limited number of evaluations and graded practice answers.
• Single evaluation (₹99) — one evaluation credit, which does not expire. It can be spent on an evaluation or a résumé rewrite. It does not include interview practice.
• Prep (₹399/month) — unlimited evaluations, résumé rewrites and graded practice for 30 days, renewing until you cancel.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available. We may change or withdraw features. If we make a significant change to a paid plan we will tell you first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Pernicia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any job you did or did not apply for, or any hiring decision made about you. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to engage@pernicia.in. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
