Refund & Cancellation Policy

Single evaluation — ₹99

An evaluation is delivered immediately and cannot be returned once you have read it. For that reason a single evaluation is not refundable once it has been delivered. We show this before you pay so there is no surprise afterwards.

We will refund in full if:

• you were charged but never received the evaluation;
• the service failed or returned an unusable result;
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase.

An unused credit stays on your account and does not expire.

Prep — ₹399 for 30 days

Prep is a one-off payment, not a subscription. It gives you 30 days of unlimited access from the moment you buy it. There is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again automatically — when the 30 days end, your account simply returns to the free allowance.

Because access begins immediately and is used as it runs, we do not refund part of a period.

We will refund a Prep payment in full if:

• you were charged but access was never granted;
• you were charged twice for the same period;
• the service was unavailable for an extended period during your 30 days.

Cancelling

There is nothing to cancel. Neither plan renews, so no payment is ever taken without you choosing to make it. If you want your account and history deleted, you can do that yourself from your account page, or email engage@pernicia.in.

How to request a refund

Email engage@pernicia.in within 7 days of the charge, from the address on your account, with the date and amount. We will respond within 3 working days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to show the credit; that part is outside our control.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We would rather sort a genuine problem out directly, and it is faster for you than a chargeback.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees. If we change prices, existing subscribers are told before the change applies to them.
