The question no applicant tracker answers. Each person gets an estimate, the specific areas to close, and how to close them. A 72 who is productive in a fortnight often beats an 84 who needs six months — and you can see which is which.
Rank every applicant — and know what it costs to make them productive
Send one job description and your pile of CVs. Every candidate comes back scored against the role, with the line of their own CV quoted behind each claim, and an estimate of how many weeks before they carry their own weight.
What you get back
Every gap is marked. Not having used your stack is trainable. Never having managed anyone, for a head-of role, is not. A keyword filter cannot tell those apart and will bury the wrong people.
Nothing asserts a candidate can do something without showing you the words they wrote. If a claim has no supporting quote, it says so rather than inventing one.
How it scores
Every CV is scored on its own, against the role — never against the other applicants. A model shown twenty candidates at once ranks them against each other and against whichever it read first, so the same CV scores differently depending on where it sat in the folder. Here it does not.
Scoring ignores name, gender, age, marital status, photograph, nationality, caste, religion, and which university or company someone came from. A strong candidate from a company you have not heard of outranks a weak one from a company you have.
What it will not do
It does not accept or reject anyone. Screening for employment is high-risk under the EU AI Act and covered by India's DPDP Act as processing personal data, and a ranking that cannot be checked is not something a person should act on.
So every claim carries its evidence, the output is a shortlist for a human to review, and the CVs you upload belong to you — never shown to another company, never added to any pool.
Getting started
Accounts are set up by hand at this stage. We would rather look at the output with you on a real role than hand you a signup form and hope. Send the role you are hiring for and we will screen a pile against it, so you can judge the results before anything is agreed.
